Therefore, our Support Team is required to be on a rotating schedule to allow for quality support. Weekend and/or overnight work is required at times, however sufficient notice will be provided.</span></p> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p><em><strong>THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE</strong></em>. If you're computer savvy, interested in cybersecurity and are willing to learn this role is for you!&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge and experience with computer programming and operating systems</li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent verbal and written communication</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cybersecurity certificates (CompTIA, Security+ , Network +), preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge and experience in macOS 12.x and higher; preferred</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The duties described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
