Responsibilities Workstream Participation <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in one or more Workday Financials functional workstreams through the full implementation lifecycle.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations aligned with Solution Architecture and Workday best practices.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive workstream deliverables, timelines, issue resolution, and client communication.</li> </ul> Functional Delivery <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Configure and Workday Financials solutions across one or more functional areas including FDM, Core Financials, Procurement, Grants, Expenses, Banking, or Financial Reporting.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct design sessions and prototype solutions with client stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify configuration impacts across connected Financials processes.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment planning.</li> </ul> Client Partnership <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a day-to-day client contact for assigned workstreams.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build trusted relationships with Finance, IT, and project leadership.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Clearly communicate risks, recommendations, and implementation decisions to your leadership.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Balance business requirements with Workday leading practices.</li> </ul> Quality & Delivery Excellence <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Produce high-quality configuration documentation, workbooks, and testing materials.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure adherence to Meridian's delivery methodology and quality standards.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Escalate risks to your workstream lead and recommend practical solutions.</li> </ul> Mentorship <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review work products and provide coaching.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Share best practices and reusable implementation assets.</li> </ul> Practice Growth <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to practice development initiatives and delivery improvements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Help expand Meridian's public sector Workday capabilities.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Active Workday Implementer Certifications with a minimum of two certifications, including Record to Report preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in functional workstreams through at least one full lifecycle Workday implementations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong expertise in one or more of the following: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Financial Data Model (FDM)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Financial Accounting</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Public sector implementation experience preferred (state/local government, higher education, or K–12).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience facilitating client design workshops and managing functional deliverables.</li> </ul> Pay Transparency Compensation for roles at Meridian varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific practice, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Meridian provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.
