This role will help define how we package, position, and monetize AI capabilities, subscription models, and usage-based services - ensuring alignment with market trends, competitive dynamics, and long-term growth objectives.</p> <p>This is a high-impact, executive-facing role focused on defining direction.</p> <p><strong><u>What You Will Lead</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Strategic&nbsp;Pricing&nbsp;&amp; Monetization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define global&nbsp;pricing&nbsp;and packaging strategy across the NiCE CXone portfolio</li> <li>Architect monetization&nbsp;pricing&nbsp;models for AI capabilities</li> <li>Develop scalable frameworks for subscription, hybrid, and value-based&nbsp;pricing</li> </ul> <p><strong>Market &amp; Competitive Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Benchmark&nbsp;pricing, packaging, and monetization models across global competitors</li> <li>Identify strategic differentiation opportunities</li> <li>Translate customer and market insights into&nbsp;pricing&nbsp;strategy recommendations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Executive Partnership &amp; Influence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with global executive stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Strategy</li> <li>Present&nbsp;pricing&nbsp;direction, scenarios, and trade-offs to senior leadership</li> <li>Lead strategic discussions on AI monetization, growth acceleration, and commercial positioning</li> <li>Provide data-driven recommendations that shape long-term commercial decisions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial &amp; Strategic Modeling</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build advanced revenue and margin simulations to assess&nbsp;pricing&nbsp;scenarios</li> <li>Evaluate growth vs. margin trade-offs</li> <li>Analyze elasticity, segmentation, and long-term revenue impact</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What We’re Looking For</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>6–10+ years of experience in&nbsp;Pricing&nbsp;Strategy, Monetization Strategy, Corporate Strategy, or top-tier consulting</li> <li>Experience in SaaS / enterprise software; AI monetization or usage-based&nbsp;pricing&nbsp;experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Proven experience defining&nbsp;pricing&nbsp;strategy at a global level</li> <li>Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities</li> <li>Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership</li> <li>Deep commercial intuition and structured problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em><strong>About NiCE </strong></em></p> <p><em>NICE Ltd.
