<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage day-to-day operations of the plant delivering key performance indicators (safety, quality, production and cost).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain documentation on employee performance and accountability to drive performance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure a safe working environment is established and maintained.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Enforce good housekeeping standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide direction to team regarding duties and goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure paperwork & status reporting are completed timely and accurately </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure daily and consistent communications and shift meetings.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform work assigned by Production Manager to ensure successful operation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum of 2 years industrial/manufacturing experience/wood products background.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be proficient in basic computer knowledge.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent written and oral communication skills.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be a team player/previous management a plus.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications - What Will Set You Apart</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">High school diploma or equivalent education.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to work in outdoor environments and occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees </li>
<li>Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment </li>
<li>Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overnight to address unexpected site issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Climb ladders and work off elevated surfaces on an occasional basis up to 100 ft </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>

<li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.</li>
