About the Role

<div class="content-intro"><p><strong>Exactera </strong>has offices in<strong> New York City, Tarrytown NY, San Diego, CA, London,&nbsp;</strong>and <strong>Argentina.&nbsp;</strong></p></div><h3><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h3> <p>This is Exactera's first true Head of Marketing, and it is a builder's role. We have a clear marketing strategy in place and a strong foundation to build from. What we need now is the right person to come in, learn our business deeply, and execute with precision and pace. You will grow into a key voice in how the strategy evolves, but Day 1 is about understanding the mission and helping us execute at a high level. You will report directly to the CRO and work cross-functionally with our GTM team and Subject Matter Experts across our business units. Your foundation is content and AI, your instincts lean toward demand generation, and your scope is the full marketing function.</p> <h3><strong>What&nbsp;You&nbsp;Will&nbsp;Own</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and run a high-cadence content engine: own the editorial calendar, partner with SMEs across Transfer Pricing, R&amp;D Credits, and Indirect Tax, and produce a mix of evergreen thought leadership and campaign-mapped content that moves our audience</li> <li>Own&nbsp;GEO&nbsp;and&nbsp;AEO&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;and&nbsp;execution&nbsp;in&nbsp;partnership&nbsp;with&nbsp;our&nbsp;external&nbsp;service&nbsp;partner,&nbsp;positioning&nbsp;Exactera&nbsp;ahead&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;curve&nbsp;for&nbsp;AI-powered&nbsp;search&nbsp;by&nbsp;end&nbsp;of&nbsp;year</li> <li>Drive&nbsp;demand&nbsp;generation&nbsp;through&nbsp;integrated&nbsp;campaigns&nbsp;across&nbsp;email,&nbsp;paid,&nbsp;social,&nbsp;and&nbsp;events,&nbsp;mapped&nbsp;to&nbsp;buyer&nbsp;personas,&nbsp;tax&nbsp;timelines,&nbsp;and&nbsp;our&nbsp;existing&nbsp;campaign&nbsp;framework</li> <li>Own&nbsp;website&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;and&nbsp;CMS&nbsp;management:&nbsp;keep&nbsp;the&nbsp;site&nbsp;current,&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;for&nbsp;conversion&nbsp;and&nbsp;discoverability,&nbsp;and&nbsp;continuously&nbsp;improve&nbsp;performance</li> <li>Lead&nbsp;the&nbsp;design&nbsp;and&nbsp;production&nbsp;of&nbsp;internal&nbsp;and&nbsp;external&nbsp;collateral&nbsp;including&nbsp;sales&nbsp;one-pagers,&nbsp;decks,&nbsp;campaign&nbsp;assets,&nbsp;and&nbsp;event&nbsp;materials,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;brand&nbsp;consistency&nbsp;across&nbsp;every&nbsp;output</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;our&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;coordinator&nbsp;and&nbsp;external&nbsp;resources,&nbsp;and&nbsp;build&nbsp;the&nbsp;team&nbsp;thoughtfully&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;company&nbsp;scales</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who&nbsp;You&nbsp;Are</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7&nbsp;to&nbsp;10&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;B2B&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;experience,&nbsp;with&nbsp;a&nbsp;strong&nbsp;lean&nbsp;toward&nbsp;content,&nbsp;AI-enabled&nbsp;workflows,&nbsp;and&nbsp;demand&nbsp;generation,&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;range&nbsp;to&nbsp;own&nbsp;the&nbsp;full&nbsp;function</li> <li>Proven&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;execute&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;lean,&nbsp;high-output&nbsp;environment:&nbsp;you&nbsp;are&nbsp;as&nbsp;comfortable&nbsp;writing&nbsp;copy&nbsp;and&nbsp;managing&nbsp;a&nbsp;CMS&nbsp;as&nbsp;you&nbsp;are&nbsp;running&nbsp;a&nbsp;campaign&nbsp;or&nbsp;analyzing&nbsp;performance&nbsp;data</li> <li>Hands-on&nbsp;with&nbsp;HubSpot&nbsp;or&nbsp;similar&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;automation,&nbsp;CMS&nbsp;platforms,&nbsp;and&nbsp;website&nbsp;performance&nbsp;optimization</li> <li>AI-adept&nbsp;and&nbsp;already&nbsp;using&nbsp;tools&nbsp;daily:&nbsp;our&nbsp;stack&nbsp;includes&nbsp;Claude,&nbsp;Lovable,&nbsp;n8n,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Gamma,&nbsp;and&nbsp;if&nbsp;you&nbsp;have&nbsp;a&nbsp;must-have&nbsp;tool&nbsp;not&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;list,&nbsp;we&nbsp;will&nbsp;buy&nbsp;the&nbsp;license</li> <li>A&nbsp;strong&nbsp;writer&nbsp;who&nbsp;can&nbsp;make&nbsp;complex&nbsp;tax&nbsp;and&nbsp;finance&nbsp;topics&nbsp;compelling,&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;judgment&nbsp;to&nbsp;know&nbsp;when&nbsp;to&nbsp;go&nbsp;deep&nbsp;and&nbsp;when&nbsp;to&nbsp;keep&nbsp;it&nbsp;sharp</li> <li>Hungry to own something, grow into a exec-level leader, and build a function that reflects your standards</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What&nbsp;Success&nbsp;Looks&nbsp;Like</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You&nbsp;have&nbsp;learned&nbsp;the&nbsp;business&nbsp;and&nbsp;are&nbsp;executing&nbsp;against&nbsp;the&nbsp;existing&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;with&nbsp;confidence&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;first&nbsp;60&nbsp;days</li> <li>A&nbsp;consistent,&nbsp;high-quality&nbsp;content&nbsp;engine&nbsp;is&nbsp;running&nbsp;and&nbsp;GEO/AEO&nbsp;execution&nbsp;is&nbsp;underway&nbsp;by&nbsp;end&nbsp;of&nbsp;Q3</li> <li>Demand&nbsp;generation&nbsp;campaigns&nbsp;are&nbsp;in-market&nbsp;and&nbsp;contributing&nbsp;to&nbsp;pipeline&nbsp;by&nbsp;year&nbsp;end</li> <li>Website,&nbsp;collateral,&nbsp;and&nbsp;brand&nbsp;are&nbsp;polished,&nbsp;consistent,&nbsp;and&nbsp;current&nbsp;across&nbsp;every&nbsp;channel</li> <li>The marketing function is recognized internally as a strategic driver, and you are on a clear path toward exec-level</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why&nbsp;Exactera</strong></h3> <p>We hire deliberately and invest deeply in every person we bring on.
