Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.  Job Duties & Functions:  <ul> <li>Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well trauma informed and evidence based individual, family and/or group therapy and crisis intervention to clients.  </li> <li>Provide case management services to clients as needed or assigned.  </li> <li>Develop treatment plans, monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.  </li> <li>Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation.  </li> <li>Coordinate client's use of other WellPower programs and outside community resources.  </li> <li>Facilitate the coordination of medication/medicinal needs of clients with psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical resources. </li> <li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards.  </li> <li>Participate in team/department meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.  </li> <li>Perform 27-10 (M-1) “mental health hold” evaluations. </li> <li>Opportunities for supervision of interns and clinicians working towards licensure (optional). </li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Requirements & Qualifications:  <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other related human services degree.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">LCSW, LPC, LMFT <span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"ac0262f4-8a9e-5820-b908-2d943c5f7113|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"Arial",469777843,"Calibri",469777844,"Calibri",201341986,"1",469769226,"Calibri,Arial",268442635,"22",469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">Licensed, Licensed Psychologist or license eligible </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">At least three years’ experience working with individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills utilizing the DSM – 5. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Must have a clear understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality and personal boundaries. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to navigate an electronic medical record and utilize technology effectively. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bilingual Spanish preferred </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Certified  in EMDR (preferred). </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Certified  EMDRIA Consultant ( preferred) </li> </ul> <hr> Work Location: 4455 E 12th Ave Denver, CO 80220 Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm   Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend and reach, drive, operate standard office equipment such as phone, computer, facsimile, copier/printer, and other business machines.
