<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies</li>
<li>Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections</li>
<li>Transport freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules</li>
<li>Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip documentation</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, fleet management, and customers</li>
<li>Secure cargo properly and ensure load integrity during transport</li>
<li>Report maintenance concerns, incidents, or delays promptly</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism at customer and shipper locations</li>
</ul>
<h2>Must-Haves</h2>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including both day and night shifts</li>
<li>Flexibility with weekly workdays and home time scheduling</li>
<li>Understanding that weekly home time may not always include weekends</li>
<li>Availability to work rotating schedules consisting of:</li>
<ul>
<li>4–5 days on the road</li>
<li>2–3 days off</li>
</ul>
<li>Strong safety mindset and ability to adapt to operational needs</li>
<li>Dependable attendance and punctuality</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Valid Class A CDL</li>
<li>Minimum age of 21 years old</li>
<li>Acceptable driving record and safety history</li>
<li>Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Hours of Service regulations</li>
<li>Ability to operate safely in varying weather and road conditions</li>
<li>Strong communication and time-management skills</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of CDL class A combination vehicle experience with at least 1 year of OTR driving experience</li>
<li>Experience with ELD systems and trip planning</li>
<li>Ability to confidently operate various mobile and tablet applications to support daily transportation and operational activities</li>
<li>Strong customer service and professionalism</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Over-the-road routes with weekly home time</li>
<li>Flexible scheduling based on operational needs</li>
<li>Day and night shift availability required</li>
<li>Rotating schedules may include weekdays and weekends</li>

<li>Ability to sit for extended periods</li>
<li>Ability to enter and exit tractor safely</li>
