This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a career with a publicly traded company. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Make outbound calls to merchants to conduct customer service surveys</li> <li>Clearly communicate company products/services and generate interest</li> <li>Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team</li> <li>Manage web generated leads to provide to sales team</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments</li> <li>Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude</li> <li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented</li> <li>Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial</li> <li>Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Paid training and ongoing support</li> <li>Clear path for career advancement within the company</li> <li>Stable, full-time schedule with no weekends or holidays</li> <li>Opportunity to grow within a publicly traded organization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Career Growth:</strong><br>We believe in promoting from within.
