As a Groundskeeper, you will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;the overall cleanliness&nbsp;and&nbsp;appearance of&nbsp;the community’s exterior spaces. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to a clean and welcoming environment.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Groundskeeper&nbsp;| Education, Experience, and License Qualifications</strong><strong> </strong>  &nbsp;</p> <p>Education:  &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>High School or GED equivalent &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Experience:  &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Understanding and knowledge of yardwork and general facility maintenance   &nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience is preferred but not&nbsp;required &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Licenses &amp; Certifications:  &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License  &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Groundskeeper | Job Functions</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Ground Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough cleaning and pick-up of debris or trash throughout exterior areas of the property.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, green spaces, and community signage areas.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure community trash receptacles,&nbsp;compactor&nbsp;areas, and pet stations are well-maintained and free of debris or&nbsp;large items&nbsp;around the perimeter.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist&nbsp;with light landscaping tasks including raking, weeding, trimming, and watering as directed by the maintenance team.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation of pool deck areas, courtyards, grilling stations, benches, and outdoor amenities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Community Appearance Support</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Assist&nbsp;the maintenance team with light painting of curbs, signposts, and exterior touch-ups as needed.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Conduct light checks around the property and replace breezeway or exterior bulbs as needed.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Help&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;shop and storage areas in a clean and organized manner to support quick inventory assessment.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist&nbsp;with preparation of vacant, unoccupied apartments with light cleaning or removal of debris as requested&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Assist&nbsp;the team with the distribution of communications to residents’ doors.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist&nbsp;the maintenance team with seasonal tasks including storm/snow&nbsp;preparation or cleanup.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Promote&nbsp;good professional&nbsp;relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff.
