<p>The Coupang Marketplace business is responsible for providing a scalable platform where sellers of any scale and size can be successful selling on Coupang. <br>In this role, you will have opportunity to deeply understand the vibrant online seller community in South Korea and Asia. <br>Coupang Marketplace is seeing significant year-over-year business growth, and we are building the team to get us there.</p>

<ul>
<li>As a product manager in our Marketplace business, you will dive deep into specific aspects of the seller lifecycle that includes seller acquisition, product listings, managing orders and shipments etc. </li>
<li>Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs of a specific business function. </li>
<li>Lead the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including writing product requirements, defining use cases, setting success metrics, running A/B tests and increasing customer adoption.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to generate revenue by removing any friction points in the end-to-end customer/seller experience.</li>
<li>Have a deep understanding of the customer and provide the Voice of the Customer to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Establish strong partnerships with UX designers, developers, Customer Support and business stakeholders to support business growth. </li>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, delivering and executing on a strong product vision. </li>
<li>Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. </li>
<li>Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get any job done. </li>
<li>Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Preferred Qualifications </span></strong></p>

<li>Experience in launching consumer facing products. </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience </li>
<li>Industry work experience related to eCommerce or B2B SaaS </li>
<li>Hands-on experience in Agile/Lean practices and software development </li>
<li>Fluent in English and Korean </li>
