<p class="" data-start="302" data-end="447">At Think Academy, we believe every child deserves a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate introduction to English and early literacy.</p>
<p data-start="449" data-end="784">As an ELA Teacher, you will help preschool and early-elementary students develop foundational language and literacy skills while building their curiosity and confidence. You will create a warm, interactive learning environment and collaborate closely with parents, fellow teachers, and campus staff to support each child’s development.</p>
<p data-start="786" data-end="984">This role is ideal for an experienced educator who understands how young children learn, enjoys working with early learners, and is passionate about delivering engaging, age-appropriate instruction.</p>

<h3 data-section-id="16sdv9h" data-start="1011" data-end="1060">Classroom Instruction and Curriculum Delivery</h3>

<li data-section-id="1nx4k56" data-start="1062" data-end="1154">Deliver engaging, English and early-literacy lessons to students ages 3–6.</li>
<li data-section-id="e6eqbi" data-start="1155" data-end="1253">Teach phonics, vocabulary, storytelling, reading comprehension, and foundational writing skills.</li>
<li data-section-id="1uz9qm7" data-start="1254" data-end="1353">Use songs, games, movement, and hands-on activities to create an interactive learning experience.</li>
<li data-section-id="f722wh" data-start="1354" data-end="1456">Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet students’ developmental needs and learning styles.</li>
<li data-section-id="1300qmo" data-start="1457" data-end="1549">Prepare lesson materials and complete other teaching-related responsibilities as assigned.</li>

<li data-section-id="z5frpz" data-start="1597" data-end="1699">Monitor and document students’ language development, classroom participation, and academic progress.</li>
<li data-section-id="ft9i16" data-start="1700" data-end="1807">Provide parents with regular, constructive feedback through check-ins, progress reports, and conferences.</li>
<li data-section-id="1e88t87" data-start="1808" data-end="1904">Use formative assessments to adjust instruction and support each student’s continued progress.</li>

<li data-section-id="14r2607" data-start="2035" data-end="2141">Establish clear routines and use positive behavior-management strategies appropriate for young learners.</li>
<li data-section-id="1ojfmim" data-start="2142" data-end="2243">Support students’ social-emotional development by modeling patience, empathy, and active listening.</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-section-id="1ioap5u" data-start="2245" data-end="2280">Collaboration and Communication</h3>

<li data-section-id="ihdzgt" data-start="2282" data-end="2387">Communicate professionally and warmly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.</li>
<li data-section-id="z6llst" data-start="2388" data-end="2492">Collaborate with teachers and campus staff to align curriculum and share instructional best practices.</li>
<li data-section-id="7g52gl" data-start="2493" data-end="2581">Participate in training sessions, campus events, workshops, and open houses as needed.</li>

<h2 data-section-id="1cpo032" data-start="2583" data-end="2609">Required Qualifications</h2>
<ul data-start="2611" data-end="3278">
<li data-section-id="bb2148" data-start="2611" data-end="2730">Bachelor’s degree </li>
<li data-section-id="1dkkx80" data-start="2731" data-end="2858">At least two years of experience teaching English or early literacy to preschool, kindergarten, or lower-elementary students.</li>
<li data-section-id="dowk0v" data-start="2859" data-end="2972">Strong understanding of child development, early-literacy acquisition, and age-appropriate teaching strategies.</li>
<li data-section-id="1p6v6hw" data-start="2973" data-end="3031">Excellent classroom-management and communication skills.</li>
<li data-section-id="rv3ymv" data-start="3032" data-end="3088">Genuine enthusiasm for working with children ages 3–6.</li>
<li data-section-id="172rihd" data-start="3089" data-end="3169">Responsible, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality instruction.</li>
<li data-section-id="5cxkgj" data-start="3170" data-end="3235">Available to work on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.</li>
<li data-section-id="ka8rdy" data-start="3236" data-end="3278">Authorized to work in the United States.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, English, or a related field.</li>
<li data-section-id="ccfwe7" data-start="3408" data-end="3479">Experience with inquiry-based, project-based, or play-based learning.</li>
<li data-section-id="1jqtduq" data-start="3480" data-end="3553">Familiarity with U.S. early-learning or elementary education standards.</li>
<li data-section-id="s26fij" data-start="3554" data-end="3624">Experience teaching English Language Learners or bilingual students.</li>
<li data-section-id="ajpm40" data-start="3625" data-end="3705">Experience communicating with parents and providing student-progress feedback.</li>
