We launched New Verticals in 2020 and have since built a world-class delivery platform enabling delivery across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail third party partners and through our home grown DashMart business. Our Strategy &amp; Operations team has their footprint on everything from merchant strategy to consumer experience to dasher experience and beyond!&nbsp;</p> <h2 data-local-id="819412cee0ae" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true"><strong data-prosemirror-content-type="mark" data-prosemirror-mark-name="strong">About the Role</strong></h2> <p data-local-id="6e5aa8d03be4" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">We are hiring two team members to join our New Verticals Strategy &amp; Operations team to focus on our highest priority initiatives at any given time. This means - you might work on growth for a few months then pivot to a supply chain role or spend some time working on logistics challenges. The sky’s the limit in this role - you will gain exposure to company wide initiatives and high priority sprints, across multiple verticals while making a big and quick impact. You’ll gain a breadth of experiences across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail and DashMart. You will move daily metrics, run a/b tests, launch new initiatives and so much more while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance and other folks on strategy &amp; operations.&nbsp;</p> <p data-local-id="794cf9881bfb" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">You’ll be an individual contributor. We operate in a hybrid and spend a few days a month in person together! You must currently be based in New York or San Francisco.
