You will also provide labor, mechanical, and electrical support to our clients and their facilities. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.&nbsp;<br><br></span><span data-pasted="true"><em>*GR2 is a wholly owned subsidiary of EnSafe*</em></span></span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><em>In this position, you will:</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide labor and operate small equipment on field service jobs.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain the operations of facility equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Stock, clean, and organize the shop.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support project managers and supervisors on assigned field tasks.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Frequent and extensive travel to client sites around the country.</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE<br><em>Minimum Skills and Requirements:</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">High School Diploma or GED.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Must pass a background check for access to on-site federal locations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Willing to work outdoors in harsh environments.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Availability to work long shifts, including nights and weekends.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span data-pasted="true">OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate&nbsp;</span>and/or completion of 8-hour refresher course (Must obtain within 2-months of hire).</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><em>Preferred Skills</em>:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong mechanical mindset and confidence troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience working at active Industrial &amp; Aerospace facilities.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Hands on experience with equipment and building commissioning &amp; decommissioning.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead &amp; Asbestos remediation experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Industrial coatings applications.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Why Join EnSafe?</u></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Employee-Owned Advantage</strong><br>EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
