This role functions closest to a self-contained classroom, not a traditional pull-out model, and requires strong expertise in small-group instruction, individualized learning, and classroom structure.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate brings experience in self-contained, autism support, or life skills settings and is excited to support students in building both academic and functional skills. This teacher also serves as the instructional leader for paraprofessionals, ensuring high-quality, consistent support for all students.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Instruction &amp; Student Support</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver differentiated, standards-based instruction in reading, writing, and math aligned to IEP goals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide structured small-group and individualized instruction for students with moderate disabilities, ,including autism and functional skill needs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Integrate life skills, executive functioning, and social-emotional learning into daily routines</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>IEP Implementation &amp;
