It is the Maintenance Supervisor’s duty to anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. An effective program of maintenance is essential in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner.</span></p> <h3 style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What you will do:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Performs all maintenance tasks for units and equipment</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversees entire Maintenance Team&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manages work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Confirms apartments are updated and move-in ready&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Performs all mechanical walks for construction</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitors inventory and orders supplies as needed</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Schedules vendors and contractors and works side-by-side with construction to address any issues&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Uses expert knowledge to abide by pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400;
