This position is 100% focused on hands-on social media buying for our clients. You'll become a champion activating and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, ensuring our social media solutions drive maximum impact. Key Responsibilities: Drive Social Performance <ul> <li>Campaign Management: Fully execute paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok (setup, targeting, creative, daily budget/pacing).</li> <li>Optimization: Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement real-time adjustments to boost results (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR).</li> <li>Reporting: Generate clear reports, translating data into actionable insights for internal teams.</li> <li>Platform Expertise: Stay updated on platform features/best practices, testing new opportunities for superior social solutions.</li> <li>Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy in setup, tracking, and adherence to brand safety guidelines.</li> <li>Collaboration: Work with Programmatic, Client Services, and Strategy teams for integrated solutions.</li> </ul>   Measures of Success: <ul> <li>Within 3 Months:</li> <li>Successfully complete all training and onboarding for Meta and TikTok platforms.</li> <li>Independently set up campaigns accurately and on time.</li> <li>Demonstrate a clear understanding of basic campaign optimization techniques.</li> <li>Contribute effectively to daily budget pacing and management.</li> <li>Within 6 Months:</li> <li>Consistently achieve and exceed client campaign KPIs and performance targets.</li> <li>Proactively identify and implement optimization strategies without constant supervision.</li> <li>Generate clear, insightful, and professional performance reports.</li> <li>Actively contribute to internal discussions on social media best practices and new platform features.</li> <li>Within 12 Months:</li> <li>Become a recognized internal expert for Meta and TikTok operational best practices.</li> <li>Proactively identify and test innovative opportunities and new ad formats to drive superior results.</li> <li>Contribute strategic input for social campaigns, integrating with broader media strategies.</li> <li>May assist in guiding and sharing knowledge with junior team members.</li> </ul>   What You'll Need (Qualifications): <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Digital Passion: Strong, real interest in digital advertising and social media.</li> <li>Platform Familiarity: Basic to intermediate understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.</li> <li>Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret data and turn insights into action.</li> <li>Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a careful eye for accuracy.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai are vital for clearly explaining performance, and proficiency in English communication is also essential.</li> <li>Proactive & Eager to Learn: A self-starter keen to master new technologies and best practices.</li> </ul> Desired Skills & Experiences (A Plus!): <ul> <li>Social Ad Buyer Skills: Any hands-on experience buying/optimizing campaigns on social platforms.</li> <li>Young Digital Talent: Ambitious, innovative, with a fresh perspective.</li> <li>Certifications: Relevant social media advertising certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy).</li> <li>Programmatic Understanding: Beneficial for future career development within our integrated solutions team</li> </ul>   Life at WPP Media & Benefits  Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
