This role is responsible for supervising daily field activities, coordinating crews, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and applicable electrical codes.  The Electrical Foreman works closely with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to coordinate manpower, manage material needs, and resolve field challenges while maintaining productivity and quality. This position is responsible for directing electricians and apprentices, assisting with construction scheduling, coordinating material orders, documenting testing and troubleshooting results, and
