About the Role

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Navan support team is seeking a Senior Manager of Travel Experience group </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">to join our growing team. This role provides leadership and operational oversight of Travel Experience teams responding to customers 24x7. </span></p>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Formulate strategic and operational objectives</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Perform quality controls and achieve KPIs</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Recruit, train and supervise staff</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Find ways to increase quality of customer service</li>
</ul>
<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div>
<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">MBA/Masters from a reputed university</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">10-12 years of work experience in a reputed MNCs </li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Result driven</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Data Driven, experience in Change Management,</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Min 5 years of experience in managing a team of “Managers”</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">PMP certified will be an added advantage</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Familiar with travel industry will be an advantage</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Will be responsible to manage both the operations centre and accountable for overall KPIS of the organization</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communication skills</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Leadership ability</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Outstanding organizational skills</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">BPO and Travel Experience would be an added advantage</li>
