<p>Eliot is seeking a dynamic <strong>Clinical</strong> <strong>Assistant Team Manager </strong>to join our Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC) program which serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults.</p>
<p>As the Assistant Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising staff in developing interventions and clinical treatment plans for individuals affected by mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. You will ensure services align with CBHC principles and are person-centered, tailored to individual needs and preferences.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in both office and field settings, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based care</li>
<li>Oversee development and completion of treatment plans, crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations in line with agency and CBHC requirements</li>
<li>Ensure all interventions are person-centered and delivered based on individual preferences, needs, and goals</li>
<li>Manage documentation quality, ensuring all records are timely, clinically sound, and aligned with treatment plans</li>
<li>Guide staff in delivering side-by-side interventions focused on skill-building, problem-solving, and recovery-oriented care</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.) </li>
<li>Requires a Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field</li>
<li>Experience working with adults with severe mental illness and at least one year of supervisory experience</li>
<li>Valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li>
