As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we thrive on helping clients tackle the toughest challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong data-start="1927" data-end="1991">Senior DevOps Engineer to provide specialist DevOps services</strong> focused on designing, implementing, and enhancing cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD solutions on Microsoft Azure. <span data-teams="true">The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, containerization, and monitoring tools to enable scalable, secure, and reliable application deployments.</span></p> <p><strong>Scope of Services&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.</li> <li>Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.</li> <li>Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.</li> <li>Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).</li> <li>Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.</li> <li>Ensure security, compliance, and governance practices across Azure environments.</li> <li>Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.</li> <li>Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.</li> <li>Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.</li> <li>Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of overall IT experience with strong DevOps expertise.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Microsoft Azure</strong> services</li> <li>Strong experience with <strong>Azure DevOps</strong> (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).</li> <li>Expertise in <strong>CI/CD pipeline development and automation</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep</strong>.</li> <li>Strong scripting skills in <strong>PowerShell, Bash, or Python</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Docker and Kubernetes</strong>.</li> <li>Knowledge of Git version control and branching strategies.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.</li> <li>Understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud security principles.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>B2B cooperation in a hybrid model, with the option to provide services from the Kraków office to the extent agreed based on project needs.</strong></p> <p><strong>Recruitment Process:</strong></p> <ol> <li>HR Interview with the recruiter</li> <li>Technical Interview</li> <li>Client Interview&nbsp;</li> <li>Feedback and offer</li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">#LI-HYBRID</span></p>
