supervision.</li> <li>Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and strategies that are individualized to the learner.</li> <li>Collect and analyze data in order to make programmatic changes.</li> <li>Run monthly parent training and parent meetings to discuss behavioral progress.</li> <li>Collaboration with Special Educators, Related Service Providers, and Behavior Technicians</li> <li>Continuous communication with teammates to understand and pivot when necessary, to enhance the needs of the learner.</li> <li>And more!</li> </ul>   About You: If you have these attributes: <ul> <li>Passionate to work with children, adolescents, families and therapists</li> <li>High value and understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the ability to apply these practices</li> <li>Sterling values, high integrity</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li> <li>Exposure to the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality</li> <li>Excellent time management/organizational skills</li> <li>Act with humility and grace</li> <li>Empathetic & considerate of others</li> <li>Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</li> </ul>   And this background: <ul> <li>Minimum of a master’s degree in one of the following: Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Educational/Health/Human Services</li> <li>BCBA Required, NYS LBA preferred. </li> <li>Minimum of (1) year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral disorders.</li>
