This position reports to the Transportation Practice Leader and is responsible for assisting current project managers in the execution of their current projects, developing relationships with our current clients, positioning themselves to manage future projects. Projects include roadway, bikeways, pedestrian facilities, roundabouts, trails, multi-modal transportation or transportation planning.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform engineering design tasks such as highway and street design, roadway alignments, roundabout design, roadway grading and modeling, curb ramp design, signing and pavement plan, maintenance of traffic, storm drainage.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform designs using software including MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3D.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Respond to requests for proposals by leading the development of the proposal submission as well as preparing scope, schedule and budget of projects.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
