You'll serve as the bridge between finance and technology, ensuring our financial systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs as we grow. Engineering, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead system integrations between financial platforms and other enterprise tools, including CRM, HRIS and equity, MES, and data warehouses.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop and maintain data pipelines, automated workflows, and reporting infrastructure to support financial planning, closing, and consolidation processes.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Identify and resolve system issues, data integrity experience with project scoping and management, including requirements gathering, solution assessments, and stakeholder buy-off.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands-on experience
