By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.</span></p></div><div>Quality TL is responsible for leading daily vehicle inspection and quality verification activities within the Customer Acceptance Line, ensuring all vehicles meet defined customer acceptance<br>standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements prior to release. The role provides frontline leadership to Quality Inspectors, coordinates inspection activities, drives rapid <br>containment and escalation of quality concerns, and ensures accurate documentation of inspection results.</div>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Lead by example through strict adherence to all Environmental Health and Safety requirements, including mandatory PPE usage based on workstation requirements.</li>
<li>Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with 6S standards, support routine audits and follow-up corrective actions.</li>
<li>Lead and oversee Customer Acceptance line (CAL) inspections in line with approved work instructions, acceptance criteria, and Lucid Motors quality procedures.</li>
<li>Coordinate daily team activities, assign priorities, monitor throughput, and ensure inspections are completed accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Ensure inspection results, defects, and rework status are accurately and completely recorded in the Manufacturing Execution System or applicable quality systems.</li>
<li>Monitor, contain, and escalate recurrent, critical, or customer-impacting quality issues in accordance with escalation and reactivity procedures.</li>
<li>Secure quality escapes to Vehicle Audit / LCPA by ensuring robust containment, defect confirmation, and calibration of team members against standards.</li>
<li>Provide structured feedback to Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and cross-functional partners on repetitive quality issues and verify containment and corrective action effectiveness.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in defect detection, process robustness, and inspection effectiveness using audit results, lessons learned, and field quality feedback.</li>
<li>Ensure proper use, availability, maintenance, and calibration status of inspection tools,gauges, and equipment according to defined planning.</li>
<li>Train, coach, and support inspectors and new hires on inspection methods, safety requirements, standards, and acceptance criteria.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of accountability, quality excellence, standard work discipline, and continuous improvement within the team.<br><br></li>

<div><strong>Skills:</strong></div>

<li>Creative, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized.</li>
<li>Good level of initiative and sound judgement.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Industrial School graduate in an industrial, manufacturing, or related technical discipline.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume OEM manufacturing environment required.</li>
<li>Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to learn new skills and methodologies</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license required.</li>
<li>Willingness to work shift patterns as required by plant operations.</li>
