<p>We are seeking an experienced Solution Provider, Senior Executive, with a strong track record in pursuing and winning high-tech Federal Government contracts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across defense, intelligence, space, cyber, and advanced technology markets. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and business acumen to lead efforts in securing complex contracts across a broad range of advanced technology areas.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Pursuit & Capture: Lead the identification, pursuit, and capture of opportunities, focusing on high-value contracts with Federal agencies. Develop winning strategies and proposals that align with the objectives of these agencies.</li>
<li>Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and Advanced growth across Modern Signal ISR, Electronic Warfare, Defensive Cyber, special communications, and enduring strategic mission solutions. Drive the development of innovative solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies including AI, Cyber, and advanced signal processing.</li>
<li>Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and industry partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive the growth of the company's portfolio.</li>
<li>Proposal Development: Lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that address the requirements and evaluation criteria. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical, cost, and management volumes are aligned and integrated.</li>
<li>Market Analysis & Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis and gather intelligence on upcoming opportunities, trends, and shifts in government priorities. Use this knowledge to guide business development strategies and technical investments.</li>
<li>Innovation & R&D Leadership: Collaborate with internal R&D teams to align their work with upcoming opportunities. Drive innovation within the company to ensure that emerging technologies and methodologies are incorporated into proposal strategies.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA); Bachelor of Science (BS) in related technical field.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technologist and/or business development role focused on Federal Government. Demonstrated success in winning or managing high-value contracts.</li>
<li>Leadership & Professional Competencies: Business Development Leadership, Strategic Growth Planning, Go-to-Market Strategy, Capture Management, Defense & Intelligence Program Capture, Customer Relationship Management, Executive Stakeholder Engagement, Proposal Development, Opportunity Identification & Qualification, Win Strategy Development, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Strategic Partnerships, Teaming Agreement Negotiation, Pursuit Budget Management, Federal, DoD & Intelligence Community Markets, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), Cyber Solutions, Classified Program Development.</li>
<li>Key Interpersonal Skills: Executive Presence, Executive-Level Communication, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Business Acumen, Data-Driven Decision Making, Customer-First Mentality.</li>
<li>Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the technologies and methodologies such as collaborative sensing, signal processing, cybersecurity, cross-domain systems, and WMD defense. Familiarity with the application of AI, Cyber, and advanced analytics in these areas is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Business Acumen: Strong business development skills with a proven track record in building relationships with Federal agencies and securing new business. Ability to navigate complex government procurement processes.</li>
<li>Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad audience and to craft compelling proposals.</li>
<li>Security Clearance: Must hold TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance with Polygraph.</li>
<li>Work Location: Melbourne, FL. Extensive travel.</li>
