You will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, partnering across internal and external stakeholders to structure and negotiate agreements that align with business objectives while managing risk. You will primarily support high-complexity, custom agreements, including partnership agreements, API integrations, SaaS services, and other technology-enabled commercial arrangements.  You Will:  <ul>
