This position supports project and field management, and will help to organize the team to work to the highest potential.</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Assist with preparing statements of work, submittals, change management and necessary daily and weekly reporting.</strong></li> <li><strong>List items the sub-contractor must submit for approval prior to the start of the work.</strong></li> <li><strong>Assist with the review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features which require periodic attention.</strong></li> <li><strong>Tracking compliance documents.</strong></li> <li><strong>Reviews and submits all JSAs and Shift Logs.</strong></li> <li><strong>Other tasks or projects as assigned.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of Project Coordinator experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel.</li> <li>Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Possess strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>High-level of motivation to exceed goals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to read blueprints and drawings.</li> <li>College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p> <p>The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
