Join the team that is building the EV charging industry and make your mark on how people and goods will get everywhere they need to go, in any context, for generations to come.</div><h3>Reports To</h3> Chief Information Officer  What You Will Be Doing  <ul> <li>Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring effective coordination within IT-InfoSec team, AI initiatives and cross-functional teams. </li> <li>Create program charters, establish roles and timelines, develop communication strategies, and define success metrics for security and AI initiatives </li> <li>Create and maintain program-level visibility across risk areas, security milestones, and cross-org dependencies—ensuring outcomes are delivered reliably and at high quality. </li> <li>Facilitate collaboration and Communicate status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution with urgency and care. </li> <li>Manage security control rollouts and migrations, like endpoint hardening, centralised networking etc, that require careful change management across organizations. </li> <li>Maintain structured communication across program stakeholders </li> <li>Identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to implement. </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="20" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="8" data-aria-level="1">Improve processes that support security program execution </li> <li>Assist in defining program milestones and success criteria </li> </ul> What You Will Bring to ChargePoint  <ul> <li>Strong track record coordinating business, IT, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams. </li> <li>Experience driving program governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, and program status reporting.  </li> <li>Experience with at least one of the domain: GRC, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Product Security, AI governance, ITSM.  </li> <li>Experience with creating OKR and business aligned dashboards for leadership visibility  </li> <li>Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc. </li> <li>Have experience driving cross-functional projects, building longer-running programs, and interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li>Demonstrated capability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams and collaborative environments across time zones. </li> <li>Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical teams. </li> </ul>   Requirements  <ul> <li>8+ years of experience, including Project execution experience in cyber security-related initiatives. </li> <li>Self-motivated, structured, results-driven; capable of setting priorities and managing time effectively in demanding settings. </li> <li>Experience communicating and representing work to leadership, framing discussions to gain valuable feedback, and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products. </li> <li>Experience applying AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) to enhance program management workflows such as meeting summarization, dependency tracking, and automated reporting. </li> <li>CISM, PMP, PgMP, CSM, ACSM or SAFe certification is plus </li> <li>Have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority, build cross-organizational support, cooperation and action around security initiatives, policies and procedures. </li> </ul> Location  Bangalore/ Gururam/ Remote – India <div class="content-conclusion">We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
