Host workshops in the community and with internal customer communities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and share a strong clear voice that the community trusts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collect developer feedback and advocate for it internally.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build compelling examples that influence Workato product and engineering direction.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute code and docs to open‑source repos.</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years as a software engineer or developer advocate.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient in Python or TypeScript and familiar with LangChain‑style frameworks.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong demo and content‑creation skills including code samples, videos, and technical tutorials</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Passionate teacher who loves helping others succeed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Clear communicator comfortable on stage or camera.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborative, low‑ego attitude.</p> </li> </ul> <h4>(REQ ID: 2140)</h4>
