<p><span data-contrast="auto">Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for both public and private projects to ensure work is performed in conformance with project documents. Our construction services include daily observation/inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, and oversight of materials testing. We provide technically qualified personnel for our clients’ specific project requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Civil Bridge Inspecto</span><span data-contrast="auto">r</span><span data-contrast="auto">, you will play a key role in the inspection and evaluation of bridge and structural construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include performing and coordinating inspections of bridges and related structures, interpreting project plans and specifications, ensuring construction activities comply with applicable standards, and documenting construction progress in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will work closely with construction managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design intent. This role requires a strong understanding of structural components, materials, and construction practices specific to bridges.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
<p><em><span data-contrast="auto">You will travel to various job sites at different stages of construction and work in a variety of terrain and weather conditions.</span></em><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">A minimum of five (5) years of experience in bridge inspection, structural inspection, or construction inspection related to transportation structures.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge of ODOT/OTA standards, NBIS requirements, and bridge inspection procedures preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with bridge components such as decks, substructures, superstructures, and rehabilitation work.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Certification(s) such as OSHA 10/30, NBIS (or ability to obtain</span><span data-contrast="auto">)</span><span data-contrast="auto"> preferred.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional extended hours based on project needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
