<p><strong>About this role: </strong>We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and proactive Supply Chain Leader to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this critical leadership position, you will be the driving force behind strategies that align our logistics, procurement, and distribution efforts with our broader business objectives.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business goals and adapt to changing market conditions</li> <li>Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost effectiveness and high standards</li> <li>Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs and mitigating the risk of dead stock</li> <li>Manage and optimize the transportation and distribution networks to ensure timely, accurate, and cost effective delivery of goods</li> <li>Continuously analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process optimization</li> <li>Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks</li> <li>Hire, train and manage the supply chain team</li> <li>Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, while driving initiatives for sustainable and ethical sourcing</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field</li> <li>7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role</li> <li>Proficiency in SCM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Strong ability to analyze large datasets, interpret trends, and make data-driven resolutions</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Salary range: $85K~$100K</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity</p> <p>Cuckoo Electronics America is an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
