In this role, you'll work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, partners, and consulting teams to support the full range of technical sales needs. We're looking for someone with solid expertise in the ICE vertical who can confidently position our solutions in a competitive market, understand the unique challenges facing enterprise customers, and build a genuine value proposition that leads to successful adoption of Jama Software. If you enjoy working independently while staying deeply connected to a team, and you get excited about solving complex problems for some of the world's leading aerospace and defense organizations, we'd love to hear from you. <h2>What You'll Do: </h2> <ul> <li>Provide end-to-end product demonstration, including complex integrations and use cases.  </li> <li>Work independently to drive opportunities forward with AE/CSMs.    </li> <li>Responsible for all technical discussions and follow ups with prospects.    </li> <li>Build custom demonstrations to highlight specific business solutions for each prospect.    </li> <li>Lead all trials from start to finish, ensuring success criteria is established between sales and prospect. </li> </ul> <h2>What You'll Bring: </h2> <ul> <li>Business level fluency in both English and German is required (spoken and written)</li> <li>6+ years’ experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering background in enterprise SaaS sales. </li> <li>3+ years’ experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe and other product engineering and delivery methodologies required. </li> <li>3+ years’ experience with sales methodology and pipeline management. </li> <li>Industrial experience in our verticals.</li> <li>Advanced demonstration skills and ability to incorporate discovery into technical solutions </li> <li>Advanced understanding of requirements management concepts and competitive landscape.  </li> <li>Understanding of importance of requirements management within ICE industries </li> <li>Ability to position Jama Connect against competitive products from a technical perspective. </li> <li>Detailed understanding and knowledge of assigned vertical and relevant regulations.  Knowledge of specific technical domain (E.g. MBSE, Systems Engineering, Software Development, etc...) </li> </ul> <h2>Nice to Have: </h2> <ul> <li>Experience with requirements management software </li> <li>Experience with industry specific standards (IEC 61508, UL 9540, ISO 26262) </li> <li>Familiarity with Jira, PLM and Systems Modeling tools</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. </li> </ul> <h2>Perks and Benefits: </h2> <ul> <li>Virtual first and culturally diverse work environment spanning 9 countries.</li> <li>Ambitious and fun work with a chance to define distinct, company-shaping tangible contributions.</li> <li>Emphasis on learning and development at all levels with a subscription to LinkedIn Learning.</li> </ul> At Jama Software, we welcome passionate individuals who have the unrestricted right to work in the country you live in, and reside in eligible countries to join our team.<div class="content-conclusion">If you get to this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job you just read.
