We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>*A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*</strong></p> <p>Payment Services is looking for a self-driven Product Owner to join our team on the payouts/remittance team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for working with your direct peers in understanding, prioritizing, and defining the customer needs, while working as a partner of the Engineering team. You will assist with the product requirement gathering efforts and collaborate closely with the business to ensure alignment with product strategy, vision, and customer needs. &nbsp;&nbsp;You will be working with Fintech based technologies and services that have inward and outward facing clientele.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive investigation with Engineering for business related issues.</li> <li>Communicate with internal clients to understand expected user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements and employee user flows</li> <li>Provide feedback to the dev team through your own troubleshooting, testing and feedback gathering from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integrators</li> <li>Provide updates to clients,&nbsp;integrators, strategic planning, and management as required</li> <li>Lead the scrum team meetings</li> <li>Determine all sprint goals, in alignment with the project priorities provided by management</li> <li>Write and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundaries</li> <li>Finalize Scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developers</li> <li>Provide recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with the stakeholders</li> <li>Review client feature requests and provide feedback in terms of potential solutions, feature phases</li> <li>Investigate, understand and communicate requirements for end to end user flows, as well as end to end service integration (SaaS) flows</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to be successful: </strong></p> <p><strong>Must Haves: </strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years’ experience in a similar role</li> <li>Bachelors degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering</li> <li>Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical components with non-technical people</li> <li>Experience in an agile environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to haves: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Scrum certified</li> <li>QA experience</li> <li>Exposure to Jira</li> <li>Analytics and reporting experience</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>In this role you may be exposed to adult content</strong></p>
