As part of our engineering team, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence how the world’s most advanced electronic systems are powered and connected.</span></p> <p data-start="590" data-end="887"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between cutting-edge customers and our advanced interconnect technologies, driving the design, integration, and deployment of high-performance power and signal delivery solutions that enable large-scale compute.</span></p> <p data-start="889" data-end="1230"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You’ll collaborate directly with hyperscalers and OEMs to translate complex mechanical and electrical requirements into manufacturable, reliable products. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role blending mechanical and electrical design ownership, system-level engineering judgment, and customer engagement.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilit</strong><strong>ies</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and internal teams on CelLink’s advanced data center interconnect solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate across the ecosystem, working with hyperscalers, OEMs, ASIC vendors, and contract manufacturers to validate mechanical and electrical integration.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate customer system requirements into robust mechanical and electrical designs, balancing performance, reliability, and manufacturing constraints.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform and interpret electrical performance analyses and first-order calculations (e.g., current capacity, voltage drop, resistance, inductance, thermal considerations) to support design decisions and customer discussions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support NPI and prototype development from concept through qualification and production launch.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide hands-on technical guidance during installation, integration, and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with R&amp;D, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure solutions meet stringent performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create high-impact technical documentation, including detailed drawings, BOMs, tolerance analyses, installation instructions, and design reports.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deliver presentations and training that clearly communicate complex technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-teams="true">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of experience in applications engineering, product design, systems engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience owning CAD designs end-to-end, including detailed drawings and GD&amp;T.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of power delivery and HV systems, with the ability to discuss electrical performance tradeoffs confidently.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience performing engineering calculations to support design decisions and customer requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD tools) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business audiences.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
