This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage onsite trade activities, including coordination of materials from design and fabrication through delivery and final installation.</li> <li>Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.</li> <li>Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders, RFIs, and proactive identification of potential risks.</li> <li>Assume ownership of overall project execution beyond assigned trade contracts.</li> <li>Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications.</li> <li>Lead with integrity and exemplify Holder’s culture by mentoring and developing junior associates on the project.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field <u>OR</u> 3+ years of equivalent work experience.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Outstanding communication and time management skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.</li> <li>Basic understanding of construction tools like Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM360, etc.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to relocate as needed.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-ES1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
