For more information, visit <u><a href="http://www.roadie.com" target="_blank">www.roadie.com</a></u>.</p></div><p>As a <strong>Product Operations Intern</strong> at Roadie, you’ll support the Product team by helping maintain project documentation, organize Jira workflows, and assist with reporting and coordination efforts. This internship is a great opportunity for someone interested in project management, operations, or product development to gain hands-on experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p>
<h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Help review and organize outdated or redundant project items within Jira and related tools</li>
<li>Support documentation efforts by updating process guides, templates, and team resources</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving project organization and workflow consistency</li>
<li>Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, action item tracking, and follow-up communication</li>
<li>Help prepare project summaries, status updates, and internal documentation</li>
<li>Participate in PM and Scrum team meetings to gain exposure to Agile project management practices</li>
<li>Assist with creating and maintaining Jira dashboards, reports, and tracking systems to help support project visibility and organization</li>
<li>Support the Project Manager with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks</li>

<h4><strong>What You Bring</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Interest in project management, operations, or product development</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with team members</li>
<li>Some experience with project management systems or comfortable learning new tools in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience coordinating school projects, student organizations, events, or other collaborative activities is a plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with Jira, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools is helpful but not required</li>
<li>Exposure to Agile or Scrum concepts through coursework, internships, or personal projects is a plus</li>
<li>Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment</li>
