This individual will focus primarily on pipelining and recruiting highly specialized Technical Operations and Engineering talent within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries.  The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of the biotech talent market and has demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting technical professionals across areas such as Validation/CQV, Capital Projects, Facilities & Utilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, and related GMP-regulated functions.  This is a hands-on recruiting role requiring someone who can quickly understand technical requirements, proactively identify qualified talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.  WORK LOCATION:  The Contract Recruiter
