You will be a strategic business partner and consultant for leaders and individual contributors, helping build organizational strategies and solutions that will empower and enable everyone to do their best work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for people and the drive to positively influence the direction of a high-growth space startup.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide guidance and support on People-related topics including performance management, career development, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other key initiatives.</li> <li>Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for all team members in the departments you support, from senior leaders to entry-level new hires.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to execute scalable People programs, systems, and tools that support key business objectives and drive organizational excellence.</li> <li>Implement and support People projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring that our team members love where they work.</li> <li>Leverage organizational health data to identify key opportunities and inform overall strategy.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with specific HR knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and the ability to zoom in and out between strategic thinking and tactical execution seamlessly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort with navigating ambiguity within a complex and dynamic business environment.</li> <li>Experience working in a high-growth company or start-up environment.</li> <li>A bias for action as evidenced through a thoughtful, pragmatic, and value-creating solution mindset.</li> <li>Analytically driven with strong project management skills and organizational skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with Google Suite and HR systems such as ADP WorkforceNow, Paylocity, Lattice, Culture Amp, Slack, and Confluence.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus:</strong></p> <ul> <li>SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent professional certification.</li> <li>Experience working in a high-growth company or start-up environment.</li> <li>A bias for action as evidenced through a thoughtful, pragmatic, and value-creating solution mindset.</li> <li>Experience with coaching employees and managers at all levels.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div><strong>What we offer:&nbsp;</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <p data-path-to-node="3">Base pay is just one component of Astranis’s total rewards package.
