Join us and help build the future of global investing!</div>About the Role As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving releases and deliverables across high-impact initiatives. Operating within a Scaled Agile environment, you'll manage complex dependencies, ensuring seamless execution from planning to end-user adoption. This role requires team-building skills, as well as close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver holistic and scalable solutions. You’ll join a high-performing Product Development team at DriveWealth, focused on building best-in-class investing infrastructure that powers global fintechs and banks. This team drives strategic initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring that our products meet the needs of both partners and end-users. We work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance to bring investing products to life in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Lead and manage scrum teams from strategy through execution and delivery, guiding multi-phase releases across engineering, product, compliance, and operations</li> <li>Run crisp and effective agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospective activities focused on self-improvement</li> <li>Prepare scrum teams for quarterly PI Planning, including guiding them through the product intake process to create working tasks ready for development</li> <li>Develop clear goals and measurable outcomes while maintaining adaptability in a fastpaced, Scaled Agile environment</li> <li>Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs across teams</li> <li>Assist technical leads and senior developers with release planning</li> <li>Drive operational excellence across programs and mentor squads on Agile best practices</li> <li>Work within the larger PMO of the organization to raise its level of agile maturity</li> <li>Coach teammates along the organizational journey towards agile transformation</li> <li>Use data to evaluate progress, highlight risk, and communicate program health to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite to manage workflows, reporting, and communication </li> </ul> What You’ll Need <ul> <li>5+ years of program management experience, ideally in technical environments with multiple cross-functional development teams</li> <li>Deep familiarity with Scaled Agile; CSM or similar Agile certification a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated success leading initiatives in fintech, trading, or brokerage verticals</li> <li>Proven ability to manage dependencies and deliver high-impact releases in environments with multiple competing priorities</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing across technical and business teams</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience</li> </ul> Nice to Have, But Not Required <ul> <li>Background in brokerage, wealth management, or regulated financial services</li> <li>Experience working with APIs and embedded finance platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with money movement, transaction handling, or compliance workflows </li> </ul> <h3>Location</h3> This role is open to candidates in the following locations: Chicago, IL - Hybrid  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This role is expected to come into the office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If you're not based in one of the locations listed above, this role is not a fit, and we cannot accommodate remote work outside these locations.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. </li> </ul> Pay Range: $175,000 USD – $200,000 USD<div class="content-conclusion">Working at DriveWealth We do our best work when we're in the same room. Compensation Pay is generally based on the level, complexity, responsibility, location, and job duties/requirements of the specific position.
