In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple clinics, gaining experience and exposure to a wide range of functions. Although the Primary location is in Long Beach, coverage will be needed at our other area clinics, as well. Mileage will be reimbursed</p> <p>This position is a great stepping stone for a professional looking to expand their career into clinical leadership.</p> <p>In addition to the basic front and back office duties, the Medical Assistant Supervisor will also:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor Medical Assistant productivity&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide training to staff and new hires&nbsp;</li> <li>Audit charting&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist Clinic Manager with creating protocols&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in mandatory staff meetings as needed.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist with inventory organization and stocking of exam rooms and labs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Promote Starling's culture of exceptional behavioral standards for customer service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including but not limited to, financial and client information.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or GED&nbsp;</li> <li>Medical Assistant Certificate&nbsp;</li> <li>Supervisor experience</li> <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em>The estimate displayed represents the typical wage range of candidates hired.
