Contributes to the maintenance and growth of a strong, mutually profitable client/agency relationship.   In this role you will…  <ul> <li> Originate fresh, innovative creative ideas in a timely manner at all budget levels.</li> <li> Translate ideas across various media (TV, Digital, Print, Experiential, Branded Content, Social). </li> <li> Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations.</li> <li> Work with all departments in a collaborative, mutually respectful manner.</li> <li> Work on other luxury brands, as well as participate in new business pitches for luxury brands.</li> <li> Be responsible for developing ideas and creative work, and competently present that work</li> <li> Maintain and support all company standards. </li> <li> Be nimble and flexible, performing other related duties and projects as assigned. </li> </ul>  You have…   <ul> <li> A Strong portfolio showcasing highly conceptual abilities, along with an awareness of high-end production experience necessary for luxury brands</li> <li> Showcase impeccable writing skills with a love for story telling evident in your work, along with an understanding of the luxury market.</li> <li> The desire and ability to work collaboratively with a small team.  </li> <li> Experience with automobile and/or luxury/premium brands is preferred</li> <li> TV/video content experience is necessary and should be showcased in your portfolio</li> <li> Experience across disciplines (TV, Digital, Experiential, Branded Content, Social, Print).</li> <li> A great sense of current culture, and knowledge of, and passion for the social space is preferred</li> <li> A great command of the written word that enables you to connect with discerning luxury consumers.</li> <li> A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li> <li> The physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.</li> <li> This role requires you to work onsite out of our 3WTC offices 3-4 days a week with the other day offsite</li> </ul>  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
