You will own programs that span the range of user-facing tools like AutoMod or Shield Mode, updates to our enforcement systems and guidelines, or improvements to our content moderation tooling.</p> <p>We’re looking for a TPM that has a deep understanding and appreciation for complex programs with many stakeholders. The right person won’t just be focused on driving towards an outcome as quickly as possible, but will also consider the long term impact of a program on our users, development teams, operations teams, and others.&nbsp;</p> <p>You’ll report to the Director of Engineering for Community Health.
