We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI programmes across our platform.</p> <p>This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership and influence. You do not need to currently hold an AI job title. We are looking for a tenacious, motivated product leader who can translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable customer and commercial impact.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and own the AI roadmap aligned to company strategy</li> <li>Identify and prioritise high value opportunities</li> <li>Lead cross functional delivery from concept to production</li> <li>Establish clear success metrics and evaluation frameworks</li> <li>Embed governance, transparency and risk management into AI initiatives</li> <li>Ensure AI programmes deliver measurable business outcomes</li> </ul> <p>This role requires disciplined execution as much as strategic thinking. We are building production grade capabilities, not experimentation for its own sake.</p> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Significant product management experience with ownership of strategy and delivery</li> <li>Track record of launching complex technology products</li> <li>Strong collaboration with engineering teams in agile environments</li> <li>Experience in enterprise software or regulated industries preferred</li> <li>Direct AI experience is welcome but not essential.
