This role works closely with Systems Engineering and Network Engineering teams to provide reliable on-site infrastructure execution in support of critical production services.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in live environments, and a disciplined approach to change management and operational standards.</span></p> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Deploy (rack and cable) new server and infrastructure hardware across data center locations.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Perform hardware break/fix activities including replacement of drives, RAM, CPUs, power supplies, and other server components.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Troubleshoot and support existing infrastructure to ensure production environments remain stable and operational.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle tracking records.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Support vendor RMA processes and coordinate hardware returns and replacements.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Assist in documenting and refining operational processes and </li> </ul> <h2><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">2+ years of experience working in a production data center environment.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Hands-on experience deploying and supporting server hardware.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Experience replacing hardware components such as drives, RAM, CPUs, motherboards, and power supplies.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with asset management tracking and reporting.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Understanding of vendor RMA processes.<br></span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Strong
