This role supports mold installation and removal, machine setup, process adjustments, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure molded products meet quality and performance standards.</p> <h3 data-start="567" data-end="591">&nbsp;</h3> <h3 data-start="567" data-end="591"><strong data-start="571" data-end="591">Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="592" data-end="1242"> <li data-start="592" data-end="680"> <p data-start="594" data-end="680">Support production and engineering projects as directed by Engineers and Supervisors</p> </li> <li data-start="681" data-end="739"> <p data-start="683" data-end="739">Install and remove molds in injection molding machines</p> </li> <li data-start="740" data-end="818"> <p data-start="742" data-end="818">Set up, adjust, and optimize molding processes to maintain product quality</p> </li> <li data-start="819" data-end="900"> <p data-start="821" data-end="900">Troubleshoot quality issues and perform material or process changes as needed</p> </li> <li data-start="901" data-end="971"> <p data-start="903" data-end="971">Maintain accurate records of mold processing and change activities</p> </li> <li data-start="972" data-end="1051"> <p data-start="974" data-end="1051">Interpret plastic part measurement data and communicate results to the team</p> </li> <li data-start="1052" data-end="1115"> <p data-start="1054" data-end="1115">Follow established quality control systems for molded parts</p> </li> <li data-start="1116" data-end="1188"> <p data-start="1118" data-end="1188">Assist with equipment maintenance and product/process qualifications</p> </li> <li data-start="1189" data-end="1242"> <p data-start="1191" data-end="1242">Additional duties and/or overtime may be required</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1249" data-end="1267">&nbsp;</h3> <h3 data-start="1249" data-end="1267"><strong data-start="1253" data-end="1267">Must Haves</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1268" data-end="1673"> <li data-start="1268" data-end="1361"> <p data-start="1270" data-end="1361">Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a medium-volume injection molding environment</p> </li> <li data-start="1362" data-end="1460"> <p data-start="1364" data-end="1460">Working knowledge of injection molding processes, machines, materials, and auxiliary equipment</p> </li> <li data-start="1461" data-end="1542"> <p data-start="1463" data-end="1542">Experience installing molds and adjusting processes to resolve quality issues</p> </li> <li data-start="1543" data-end="1597"> <p data-start="1545" data-end="1597">Ability to interpret plastic part measurement data</p> </li> <li data-start="1598" data-end="1673"> <p data-start="1600" data-end="1673">Strong problem-solving, communication, and PC skills (Microsoft Office)</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1680" data-end="1701">&nbsp;</h3> <h3 data-start="1680" data-end="1701"><strong data-start="1684" data-end="1701">Nice to Haves</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1702" data-end="1916"> <li data-start="1702" data-end="1768"> <p data-start="1704" data-end="1768">Associate’s Degree in a technical or engineering-related field</p> </li> <li data-start="1769" data-end="1848"> <p data-start="1771" data-end="1848">Experience supporting engineering-driven projects or process qualifications</p> </li> <li data-start="1849" data-end="1916"> <p data-start="1851" data-end="1916">Familiarity with quality systems in a manufacturing environment</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="148" data-end="564">&nbsp;</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: center;">US Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
