This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon hours.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">The Morganton and Hickory area is home to one of the largest Guatemalan Mayan communities in the United States — a community with extraordinary need for culturally competent mental health care and almost no bilingual clinical resources to meet it.
