Guided by a council of 2000+ trusted HCP advisors, we ensure every interaction is clinically meaningful, ethically grounded and leads to better patient care.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>Impiricus is seeking an experienced and dynamic <strong>Vice President of Strategic Partnerships</strong> to lead revenue growth and manage high-value relationships with major pharmaceutical manufacturers. This role is critical to our continued expansion, focusing on building and expanding multi-million-dollar client portfolios within the top tiers of the pharmaceutical market.</p> <p>As VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will leverage your extensive industry network, strategic mindset, and proven track record of success to forge lasting partnerships, drive revenue, and position Impiricus as a trusted partner in healthcare communications.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Revenue Growth:</strong> Use 10+ years of sales experience and deep industry connections to exceed quotas and expand business with top 20 pharmaceutical companies.</li> <li><strong>Develop &amp; Expand Accounts:</strong> Build and grow client portfolios valued at $5M+, with a focus on expansion and long-term impact rather than maintenance.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Alignment:</strong> Identify and align new business opportunities with both client goals and Impiricus’s platform capabilities for maximum value creation.</li> <li><strong>Key Account Ownership:</strong> Lead and manage high-value client relationships across all levels of the client hierarchy—including C-suite executives, senior leaders, and agency partners.</li> <li><strong>Leverage Networks:</strong> Apply a strong, well-established network of decision-makers within the pharmaceutical industry to accelerate growth and strengthen partnerships.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Experience and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development with a proven ability to build and grow multi-million-dollar accounts.</li> <li><strong>Industry Network:</strong> Established and trusted relationships with key decision-makers at top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturers.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Mindset:</strong> Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, structuring strategic deals, and aligning business solutions with client objectives.</li> <li><strong>Leadership:</strong> Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.</li> <li><strong>Drive for Growth:</strong> A high-energy, results-oriented professional with a relentless focus on account expansion and revenue generation.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The OTE for this role is&nbsp;<strong>$150,000 - 500,000&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Important Notice</strong></p> <p>To protect candidates, please note that all communication from our team will come directly from an @impiricus.com email address.
