We hire people who challenge and hold each other accountable for living 3Cloud’s core values because they know that it will result in amazing experiences and solutions for our clients and each other.</div>Marketing Specialist This hands-on role is ideal for a self-motivated, organized, and creative marketer who enjoys turningideas into action. Reporting to the 3Cloud marketing leader, you’ll support the marketing team acrosscontent, events, presentations, and marketing operations while gaining exposure to a wide variety of marketing disciplines. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to help others execute. You’ll be a great fit if you like variety, enjoy creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, and are energized by coordinating the details that make events such as tradeshows, webinars, and in-person events run smoothly. Responsibilities You’ll support the marketing team in the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives, including: <div class="s12">• Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, and requests to keep priorities organized and on track.</div> <div class="s12">• Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, and other events, including planning details, vendor support, communications, materials shipping, tracking, and follow-up.</div> <div class="s12">• Help maintain website content and support digital marketing activities across key channels.</div> <div class="s12">• Create and update marketing materials, including polished PowerPoint presentations, LinkedIn posts, blog content, collateral, and sales enablement assets.</div> <div class="s12">• Organize marketing files, templates, documentation, and asset inventories so resources are easy to find and use.</div> <div class="s12">• Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and administration of Microsoft MDF and Coop Funds.</div> <div class="s12">• Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth communication, coordination, and hands-on execution.</div> <div class="s12">• Track campaign performance, summarize results, and identify insights that can improve future marketing efforts.</div> Requirements <div class="s12">• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</div> <div class="s12">• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment.</div> <div class="s12">• Experience with CRM and CMS platforms such as Salesforce and WordPress.</div> <div class="s12">• Experience using design and social media tools such as Canva, LinkedIn and Sprout Social. </div> <div class="s12">• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, along with Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.</div> <div class="s12">• Self-motivated, highly organized, and task-oriented, with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and follow through on details.</div> <div class="s12">• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.</div> <div class="s12">• Creative mindset with an interest in developing visually clear, engaging presentations and marketing materials.</div> <div class="s12">• Interest in coordinating event logistics and managing the details that help tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, golf outings, and similar programs run smoothly.</div> <div class="s12">• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and marketing approaches.</div> <div class="s12">• Ability to use approved AI tools and productivity resources responsibly to improve efficiency, solve problems, and support high-quality work.</div> Don’t meet every single requirement? At 3Cloud we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
