The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on operations experience, strong written and interpersonal communication skills, and a track record of improving processes, coordinating logistics, and supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Location: Fully onsite in Redmond, WA, 5 days/week, with morning availability required. This is an individual contributor role with hands-on operational and logistical responsibilities. Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months, with potential for extension Pay Rate: Up to $28.08 per hour, depending on experience. xp5n6w9 x2xbuc6"> Maintain information-sharing platforms, documentation, trackers, and repositories to ensure resources remain current, organized, and accessible. </li> <li class="x1datfip xp5n6w9
