You will act as a <strong data-start="674" data-end="732">strategic partner and second-in-command to the TA Lead</strong>, owning complex hiring mandates, building pipelines for critical roles, and driving hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p> <p data-start="876" data-end="1068">You will be responsible for <strong data-start="904" data-end="999">headhunting, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, and data-driven hiring execution</strong>, ensuring we consistently attract and hire top-tier talent globally.</p> <h4 data-section-id="1pzghrs" data-start="1075" data-end="1102"><strong data-start="1078" data-end="1102">Key Responsibilities</strong></h4> <p data-section-id="e13ogl" data-start="1104" data-end="1144"><strong data-start="1108" data-end="1144">1. End-to-End Global Recruitment</strong></p> <ul data-start="1145" data-end="1462"> <li data-section-id="1fhi6nd" data-start="1145" data-end="1304">Own full-cycle recruitment for <strong data-start="1178" data-end="1207">mid to senior-level roles</strong> across technical and non-technical functions (Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, etc.)</li> <li data-section-id="hfqv76" data-start="1305" data-end="1383">Manage hiring across <strong data-start="1328" data-end="1383">multiple regions (GCC, MENA, international markets)</strong></li> <li data-section-id="51eiv" data-start="1384" data-end="1462">Deliver against <strong data-start="1402" data-end="1462">aggressive hiring timelines without compromising quality</strong></li> </ul> <p data-section-id="ujfnpx" data-start="1469" data-end="1511"><strong data-start="1473" data-end="1511">2.
